From his first solo at age five in a school choir, John Royce has been captivating audiences for decades. He formed his first band while still in grammar school and has since built a rich performing career across pubs, clubs, and venues throughout the North of England.
John�s versatile repertoire spans genres from Classic Rock and Pop to Country, with covers ranging from the late 1950s right through to today�s favourites. His distinctive voice and engaging style make him a hit with all ages.
These days, John brings joy to residents in retirement and care homes, while continuing to perform on the northern club circuit�both as a solo act and alongside fellow performer John Barber in their lively duo, The 2Js.
Whether it�s a wedding, birthday, bah mitzvah, or even a divorce or funeral (yes, really!), John�s ready to bring the music and the magic. He�s fully self-contained and adaptable to any event.

'Tonight at the New Heseldon Club in Murton I saw John's performance. He sang a great range of songs. Has a great sense of humour which went down well with the audience.
